Discuss your projectDefine the solution
Agree the first release, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Map integrations, access and migration, including the data and decisions your team must provide. Estimate the work against that scope and record how new requirements will affect timing and cost.
Build and validate
Build in stages so you can review progress and try the important features. Test everyday tasks, permissions, data and failure cases with your team.
Release and hand over
Rehearse data migration and deployment, agree the go-live decision and prepare a fallback plan. Confirm training, documentation, access to the delivered work and the owner of each system. Define the initial support period, how issues are raised and which future changes need a separate estimate.
