We develop iOS and Android applications for customers, commerce and field teams. Native or cross-platform, the app connects to Salesforce and your other systems with the sign-in, offline behaviour and device features its users need.
Build registration, sign-in, profiles, service requests and account self-service around customer tasks. Support the required languages and right-to-left layouts, with clear validation, account recovery and accessible navigation.
Connect product discovery, baskets, checkout, order tracking and returns to your catalogue, stock and payment provider. Assess subscriptions or digital purchases against the applicable store payment rules before choosing the checkout approach.
03
Tools for teams
Let staff view assigned jobs, complete forms, capture photos and update records away from a desk. Tailor the screens and record access to each team’s responsibilities.
Connect app data and actions to Salesforce, your website and other systems through APIs.
05
Custom mobile applications
Turn a product idea or a specific business need into an app, with features designed for the people using it.
06
Offline work & synchronisation
Let selected tasks continue with limited connectivity, then sync when a connection returns. Define what can be stored on the device and how conflicting updates are resolved.
07
Notifications & device features
Add useful reminders, camera capture, barcode scanning or location features where the workflow needs them. Request the relevant permissions and let users manage notifications.
08
App testing, release & maintenance
Test key journeys across agreed devices, accessibility needs and connection conditions. Prepare store submissions, crash reporting and an update process under the agreed maintenance scope.
09
Secure sessions & account controls
Protect tokens and locally stored data, enforce permissions on the backend, and define what happens on logout or a lost device. Include account deletion where required, privacy disclosures and permission choices. Test session expiry, interrupted sign-in and revoked access as part of the user journey.
How we approach it
How we work
We plan the main tasks people will use the app for, the devices it needs to support and the data it can access. We also discuss offline use, notifications and app store delivery before estimating the work.
No. Salesforce is a strong part of our expertise, but the application architecture should fit your existing systems and business needs.
Should we build native or cross-platform?+
We compare device features, performance, offline work, budget and the platforms you need. A shared codebase can suit many apps; specialised device interactions may call for native development.
What is needed for an app-store launch?+
Your developer accounts, approved content, privacy information and access to the backend services. We prepare the submission within scope, but Apple and Google control review and approval timing. Maintenance and operating-system updates are agreed separately.
Can we launch in more than one language?+
Yes. We plan translated content, layouts, date and number formats and notification templates together. Arabic needs right-to-left interface testing as well as translated text. We agree who supplies and approves the translations, then test the main journeys in each supported language.
