Marketing automation

Marketing automation that stays connected to sales.

Connect marketing automation to Salesforce so campaign responses become timely, informed follow-up. We configure audiences, journeys, lead scoring and sales handover for consumer or business customers, using Salesforce marketing products or compatible tools already in place.

What we can deliver

Marketing automation

01

Campaigns & segmentation

Build audiences around customer interests, purchase history and lifecycle stage. Define campaign membership, response tracking and exclusions for prospect acquisition, customer onboarding or repeat purchases.

02

Advertising platform integrations

Connect lead forms and supported advertising APIs from Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads or your chosen platforms. Preserve campaign identifiers and source details, handle repeat submissions, and return qualified-lead or conversion events where the platform and consent settings allow.

03

Email, SMS & WhatsApp journeys

Configure personalised messages, triggered journeys and scheduled follow-ups across email, SMS or WhatsApp where supported. Apply contact preferences, exclusions and frequency rules, and test the journey before sending.

04

Nurture & sales handover

Build nurture paths around engagement and qualification signals, with entry and exit rules. Assign a sales owner and follow-up task at the handover, carrying campaign and interaction history with the lead.

05

Campaign reporting & testing

Track delivery, engagement, conversion and campaign contribution to opportunities. Configure A/B tests where supported, and agree attribution rules so teams understand what each report measures.

06

Lead scoring & grading

Separate signs of engagement from how well a prospect fits your business. Where your marketing platform supports it, use scoring and grading to prioritise the sales handover.

07

Forms, landing pages & preferences

Connect forms and landing pages to the right campaign and follow-up journey. Keep consent, subscriptions and opt-outs aligned across the tools that send messages.

08

Sending setup & deliverability

Configure approved sending domains and email authentication with your domain administrator. Manage bounces, suppression lists, reusable templates and test sends. Plan volume increases and monitor delivery signals; technical setup supports deliverability but cannot guarantee inbox placement.

09

Personalisation & lifecycle messages

Use approved customer attributes and events for dynamic content, onboarding, renewal reminders and re-engagement. Keep service or order notifications distinct from promotional journeys, and coordinate triggers so a customer does not receive conflicting messages from different tools.

How we approach it

How we work

We work through what happens after someone responds to a campaign: the messages they receive, when sales takes over and how contact preferences reach each tool. Then we build and test those connections.

How we work

Questions worth asking

Do you also manage advertising and content?

We handle the technical side: marketing automation, CRM integration and reporting. Your marketing team or agency manages advertising and content.

Do we need Marketing Cloud?

Not for every project. We assess your existing tools, audience and channels. Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and external platforms serve different needs; licences and messaging costs are confirmed for the chosen setup.

What do you need from our marketing team?

Your audience definitions, approved content, contact preferences and rules for handing leads to sales. We also need access to the selected tools and sample data to test the journey before sending live campaigns.

How do you avoid sending the wrong message twice?

We define customer identifiers, journey entry and re-entry rules, suppression lists and exit conditions. We test repeat form submissions, existing customers, recent purchases and opt-outs across connected tools. Campaign reporting then distinguishes delivery and engagement from qualified leads or revenue.
