Project enquiries
The form asks for your name, work email, company, chosen service and project description. You review these details before completing the security check and choosing Send to OOB. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or confidential records.
Where the enquiry goes
After you choose Send to OOB, the enquiry is sent to OOB’s Salesforce system for the team to review and respond to your project request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Security check
Google reCAPTCHA loads when you open the enquiry review. Google processes browser and device information to help detect automated submissions. A verification token is sent to Salesforce with the enquiry. Links to Google’s privacy policy and terms appear beside the check.
WhatsApp and service discovery
The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where its privacy policy applies to the information you choose to share. The website chatbot is currently disabled. Public service-discovery APIs return service information; they do not accept or send project enquiries.
YouTube videos
Some Salesforce service pages include YouTube videos using privacy-enhanced embeds. When a player loads, your browser connects to YouTube. Video playback and the information YouTube processes are governed by Google’s privacy policy. Videos do not play automatically.
Website operation
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests and technical information needed to deliver and secure its pages. OOB does not add site-wide analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served with the site. Embedded services and external links have their own data practices, as described above.
Questions about your information
Contact success@oobconsulting.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or ask for deletion. OOB uses project-enquiry information to assess and respond to the request. We delete project enquiries that do not become customer relationships after 24 months without further contact.
