Support & improvement

Salesforce support and ongoing improvement.

An existing Salesforce environment needs attention as people, processes and integrations change. We help you understand the issues and plan practical improvements.

What we can deliver

Support & improvement

01

Org assessment

Review configuration, permissions, automation and integrations against the issues users report. Identify recurring failures, unused customisations and performance bottlenecks, then prioritise improvements by business impact.

02

Fixes & improvements

Reproduce reported problems, identify their cause and test fixes against affected workflows. Agree small usability or process improvements with your team, with clear release notes and acceptance checks.

03

Integration maintenance

Investigate failed synchronisation, expired connections and changes in external APIs. Check alerts, retry behaviour and record reconciliation so a repaired connection catches up without duplicating business records.

04

Documentation & training

Maintain configuration notes, known-issue records and recovery instructions as changes are released. Show administrators how to diagnose routine problems, and give users focused guidance when a fix changes the way they complete a task.

05

Release readiness & regression checks

Review Salesforce release updates and changes in connected products. Test critical sales and service workflows in a suitable sandbox before planned changes reach users.

06

Access, data quality & recovery

Review user access, duplicate records and recurring data errors. Check backup responsibilities and recovery options with your team; retention and backup tools are scoped separately.

07

Proactive administration & capacity review

Review failed jobs, flow errors, storage and API usage alongside user onboarding and offboarding. Track expiring credentials and certificates, licence use and planned releases. Turn recurring support requests into an agreed improvement backlog with owners and priorities.

How we approach it

How we work

We agree support hours, priorities and response expectations before work starts, so your team knows what to expect and how to raise an issue.

How we work

Questions worth asking

Can you take over a system built by another team?

Yes, following a review of the existing setup, access, documentation and known issues. That review establishes a realistic starting point.

Is support available around the clock?

Coverage hours, channels and response targets are agreed in the support scope. We do not assume 24/7 coverage or a fixed resolution time. Third-party outages and larger development work need separate handling.

How do you decide what to fix first?

We assess business impact, urgency, affected users and dependencies with your team. An issue blocking a core process may come before a usability improvement. Larger changes are estimated separately and prioritised in the agreed backlog.

Does support include backup and disaster recovery?

We can review and help implement a recovery plan, but support alone is not a backup service. We agree which data, files and metadata need protection, the selected backup tools, retention, restore testing and recovery responsibilities. A sandbox is not a substitute for a tested backup.
